The Fit Marriage Show welcomes Christina Barea who is the author of Qigong Illustrated, an ordained Daoist priest, and holds a masters degree in medical qigong (MMQ) from the International Institute of Medical Qigong. Christina is a certified level III qigong instructor and has taught at the University of East-West Medicine.  She is also a member of the National Qigong Association’s board of directors.

Practicing qigong combines gentle flowing movements, relaxed breathing, visualization and self-applied massage.  Regular practice of Qigong can reduce stress, improve balance, prevent illness and provide deep relaxation.  These are all things busy couples need in our lives!  Qigong is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels and can be practiced standing or sitting.
