Detox Experience: Day 13 – Home

What a way to start the weekend by sleeping in until 8am.  Usually I’m up and out early on Saturday and Sunday to get my rides in. Today Alisa had an early morning event so I was hanging out with the kids. It was a nice change.  Sleeping in was what my body needed after this past week.

The day was filled with laundry, cleaning the kitchen, running errands and keeping my kids busy. All in all it was a good day.

Overall I’m feeling the positive benefits of the Supreme Cleanse Internal Cleansing Program. One thing that I have noticed that the amount of sleep I do get is directly correlated to how well I do throughout the day.  Today I am going to update you on:

  • Daily workout and duration
  • Foods, meals and snacks that I have had during the day
  • What kind of beverages I drank and how much
  • Elimination patterns
  • Overall well-being

Each day I will be taking the Supreme Cleanse Internal Cleansing Program product 5 times per day.  Each of these are 20-30 minutes before either a meal or snack.  These consist of:

Breakfast Detox: 1 Tsp. Rejuve Powder  – No problems here
Snack #1 Detox: 30 drops Scudder’s Alternative & 30 drops Red Clover Supreme – These two mixed are my favorite
Lunch Detox: 60 drops Sweetish Bitters – 2 more times and I’m done with this one
Snack #2 Detox: 30 drops Scudder’s Alternative & 30 drops Red Clover Supreme
Dinner Detox: 60 drops Sweetish Bitters

Here’s the rundown for today:

Daily Workout

Thrive90 Phase III Full Body Circuit – 29 minutes

Today’s Menu

Breakfast burrito

  • 2 organic eggs
  • handful of shredded Mexican cheese
  • 2 tortillas
  • 1/2 avocado

Snack #1:
Late breakfast and wasn’t hungry for a snack today.

Lunch: I didn’t eat enough today for lunch.
Turkey & pepper jack cheese sandwich
1/2 zucchini & hummus
Handful of almonds
Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Snack #2:
Peanut butter & raw honey sandwich
1/2 strawberry banana smoothie w/o protein (leftover from my son)

2 Black Bean Burritos

  • 2 tortillas
  • Organic black beans
  • 2 handfuls of Mexican shredded cheese
  • 1/4 avocado in each burrito
  • 1/4 C brown rice in one burrito

Lots and lots of tortilla chips (I lost count)

Snack #3: (depending on how I’m feeling and how late I’m up)


100+ oz of H2O
10 oz of coconut milk

Elimination Patterns

Another day with 3 decent size bowel movements.  I’m thinking that at this point everything has really started to work at it’s best inside.  The thing is for me all three come in an hour from the time I wake up.  Pretty good if you ask me and happy that my body is running so efficient. My urination is not as frequent as it was when I first started the detox. I have noticed that it is a pale yellow more the last couple of days. When I first started my urination was clear most of the time. I have a feeling that I’m a bit dehydrated and not sipping my water as much as I should throughout the day.

Overall Well-being

Another restful night of sleep. What a big help this is and thankful for the ability to sleep in the morning. I was a bit run down by this afternoon. It was a relief when Alisa got home from her event so I could take a step back for a bit. Once I did this though I did feel my energy go too.  After my mid-day snack I felt better and throughout the remainder of the day did well.
