Tonight’s post is going to be short and sweet! Alisa and I had date night at a fantastic restaurant, Del Mar Rendezvous. It was my month to take the lead and I wanted somewhere that served an extensive gluten-free menu.

A quick run down of my day. Busy morning again with a TFMS interview and then a number of other projects I needed to complete. By this afternoon I was winding down and preparing for a chill evening with Alisa.
In the process of getting ready I totally forgot about my detox drink before dinner. This is the first time in 12 days that I have forgotten! In my opinion this isn’t horrible just a oversight on my part. Two days left and I’m going to make sure I don’t miss another.
OK, on with the day and how I’m doing using the Supreme Cleanse Internal Cleansing Program. Today I am going to update you on:
- Daily workout and duration
- Foods, meals and snacks that I have had during the day
- What kind of beverages I drank and how much
- Elimination patterns
- Overall well-being
Each day I will be taking the Supreme Cleanse Internal Cleansing Program product 5 times per day. Each of these are 20-30 minutes before either a meal or snack. These consist of:
Breakfast Detox: 1 Tsp. Rejuve Powder – Almost forgot to take this morning
Snack #1 Detox: 30 drops Scudder’s Alternative & 30 drops Red Clover Supreme
Lunch Detox: 60 drops Sweetish Bitters – Wish there was something that would make this taste better
Snack #2 Detox: 30 drops Scudder’s Alternative & 30 drops Red Clover Supreme
Dinner Detox: 60 drops Sweetish Bitters – Forgot to take this today
Here’s the rundown for today:
Daily Workout
Thrive 6-Pack Abs – 27 minutes
Today’s Menu
Breakfast:
6 Power Pancakes
1/2 organic scrambled egg (leftover from my daughter)
Snack #1:
3 handfuls of almonds
Banana
Lunch:
10 oz chicken salad with purple cabbage
2 OroWheat flat breads
1 organic hard boiled eggs
10 carrots
Snack #2:
Peanut butter & jelly sandwich
5 cashew clusters
Dinner: (Del Mar Rendezvous)
Chicken Lettuce Wrap
Curry Chicken (spicy)
Snack #3:
3 handfuls of almonds
Beverages
100 oz of H2O
32 oz of iced tea
8 oz of jasmine hot tea
Elimination Patterns
Went back to my regular 2 bowl movements. Both happening this morning. I did notice a decrease in urinating today even with the amount of H2O that I had been drinking. I didn’t feel dehydrated not was my urination a bright yellow so this indicates to me that my body was using all of the liquids I was taking in today.
Overall Well-being
Overall another good day. I did notice a bit of energy loss during mid-day, but I have a feeling that this is more because of my nutrition than the detox. During my workout this morning I felt like I had plenty of energy and actually completed it feeling better than I had the last time I did this workout. Being date night it’s time to put this extra energy to use. I hope you are living out your Fit Marriage too.
