Detox Experience: Day 11 – Busy

Fit Marriage from the start has been about helping busy couples & individuals find time in their day to get fit and healthy.  The last couple of days have been busy for me and I was sprinting from the time I got up to now.

A quick run down of my day.  I was up at 5:45am to get in my hour long bike ride.  I finished up around 7am and from that point on I was rushing and stressed this morning to make a dentist appointment at 8am to fill a cavity.

In 1 hour I took a shower, helped Alisa with the kids before school, made my breakfast, made lunch, forgot & the remembered my morning detox drink, as well as check morning emails before heading out the door.

Actually, once I got in the dentists chair I did get some time to relax that is until he started poking me with a needle and drilling on my tooth.  I’ll have to say I’m not a fan of this procedure, but grateful for a wonderful dentist.

Once I was finished I couldn’t feel half of my face and it was time to see clients.  It seemed that I was eight ball more times than not today.  It was good to get home and relax on the couch with my son as we watch a bit of football before helping Alisa prepare dinner. Preparing dinner was out of control because we didn’t have anything planned.

Alisa had a long day and was fried.  I was hungry and was just trying to get things moving. All the while I’m being beckoned by my son to watch football.  So, I did some time in the kitchen and some time on the couch with him.

Can you say tired?

Today was long, busy, and tiring.  Overall I’m pleased with how my body is functioning. Before starting the detox I would be passed out by now due to lack of energy.  For me this was a great testing day to see how well the internal detox is doing on my system.

For the remainder of the Supreme Cleanse Internal Cleansing Program, I am going to update you on:

  • Daily workout and duration
  • Foods, meals and snacks that I have had during the day
  • What kind of beverages I drank and how much
  • Elimination patterns
  • Overall well-being

Each day I will be taking the Supreme Cleanse Internal Cleansing Program product 5 times per day.  Each of these are 20-30 minutes before either a meal or snack.  These consist of:

Lunch Detox: 60 drops Sweetish Bitters – Wish there was something that would make this taste better

Elimination Patterns

Whoa, today was an interesting one when it came to my bowel movements.  My typical get up in the morning before my workout one.  Not biggie here.  The next one happened while I was waiting for my dentist to fill my cavity around 8:30am.  It came on fast and boy did I need to scoot on over to their restroom.  Luckily for me he hadn’t started working on my tooth.  The third on was at a clients place mid-afternoon.  This is an odd one as over the last 11 days of detailing this I don’t think I have had one during this time of day.

When you drink as much H2O as I am these days you are going to be going to the bathroom.  No change here just having to make sure there is one nearby when nature calls.

Overall Well-being

I summed it all up above, but I will say it again.  I really do feel the benefits of the internal detox.  If you are on the fence about doing this, it’s time to get off and do this for yourself. I’m telling you I’m amazed at how well I’m feeling right now after the day I had.

Time to start your detox.

  1. For some reason the product I ordered doesn’t have the same stuff as yours. I used that link, but it has doesn’t have drops of bitters. It has 2 things to take 1/2 before breakfast, and another to take one hour after dinner, and that’s it. Does the link take you to the product you are using?

    • I just looked at their website and it looks like they’ve changed the formula to twice a day. This is a huge plus in my opinion. There were times through out the two weeks where it was a bit stressful trying to get each of the 5 times in. Having read over the material it looks like it contains everything mine did, but in just two steps.

Hope you have a fantastic cleanse and feel the benefits I have had over the last two weeks.

      • Awesome! I have started this morning, and this will be a lot easier to manage just having to take something a 1/2 before breakfast and again 1 hour after dinner each day for 14 days. I’ve already been drinking enough water, so that part should come easy for me.

        • Good luck Erik! I’m looking forward to hearing how this works out for you over the next two weeks. Keep me posted and I’ll make sure to pick up WBR to hear what you have to say.
