Your “At Home Workouts” Guide to Nutrition

While I was driving home today, a good friend of mine called me to chat about his at-home workouts and how to maximize the effectiveness of his nutrition.

This isn’t uncommon for my friend as we have had many of these talks over the years, but today’s conversation was more focused. We talked in-depth mainly about how to nourish the body before, during and after exercise when you’re working out at home.

While we were talking, I recalled this great infographic that shares pretty much everything someone should be doing to nourish their body. Check out the graphic, print it out, and put it to good use so that you can maximize your workouts.

Whether you workout at home or at a gym, proper nutrition will make up 80% of your results, so make the effort to get this right!

    Any tips on printing this out nicely? just printing this page results in 7 pages with the infographic being cut “randomly” at the ends of the pages. Obviously there needs to be a poster version!
