The 12-Minute Full Body Workout
All right, today Fit Marriage is bringing you 30-30 Supersets…4 exercises, 30 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest for each exercise for 2 rounds. We love quick home exercise program, especially those where we DON’T have to go to the gym. As you can see I’m doing this workout in my garage. We like these because it makes the workout even quicker and convenient for you.

Push-ups
Mountain Climbers
Arm Raises Front to Side with Dumbbells
180 Degree Jumps

Nice… sweet and quick. I tried this for the first time in between my 25 minutes sets on the elliptical…. will try to fit these in to my elliptical work.
