We have a great group beginning a 30-day plank challenge today, and we hope you’ll join us.
It’s pretty simple – just assume the position shown in the photo and hold it for the time specified each day. If you haven’t “planked” before, you’re in for a real treat – it’s a challenge for sure, but there’s nothing better for tightening your core.
And it takes less than a minute to get started so ANYONE can find the time.
