  1. As you know I have used parts of this program to get me to 5k and beyond. I was looking at the Core & Lower Body section. I don’t know what a Touch and Go or a Good Mornings warm up are. Tried looking on Youtube and found a Touch and Go by Livestrong but all Good Mornings videos referenced an advanced weightlifting move?

    Is it possible to add a new video which shows proper Jacks, Burpee’s, T & G, an GMs? Thanks.
