We’re enjoying a beautiful weekend in St. Louis training together and filming a LOT of great videos for the release of our Thrive90 12-week workout program later this year. This video was shot at the end of a very long and exhausting day of workouts all over Forest Park, and we demonstrate some simple hill runs using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

Al – Thanks for stoping over here and checking FM out. It was great to talk with you after doing these HIITS on Art Hill in STL.
