This time of year is intended to be full of joy and happiness, right?
Unfortunately, the holiday season can instead leave many of us feeling stressed out, tired and a bit like saying “bah-humbug” when we think about our health.
Our schedules are packed, it seems like it’s always dark outside, and it can seem downright impossible to avoid sugary treats – which taste great but leave us in a low-blood-sugar slumber.
So, what’s the cure for holiday season malaise?

So do the same for each of the 12 days?
With the holidays coming I could be convinced to do descending ladder one round per day. That way on Christmas I’d only have a single round to do of one rep each – chillin’ on Christmas. 😉
Great question Troy. No, I would say do the entire workout 2 times per week. I do like your idea of one round each day for 12 days too. That would be perfect on Christmas day with 1 rep of 3 exercises before the festivities begin. ; )
